1. By registering or placing an order the User shall agree to the processing by the Seller of their personal data and declare that the information provided by them during the registration process is true.
  2. The Personal Data Controller shall be Paweł Chmielewski conducting business activities under the name “Linen Look” Paweł Chmielewski in Gdynia (post code 81-433) located at ul. W. Pola 2/70, TIN (NIP): 586 169 11 49, Business Reg. No. (REGON): 220809990, conducting business activities pursuant to the entry made to the Register of Business Activities under no.: 76225 kept by the Mayor of the City of Gdynia, Tel. No.: +48/ 603323530.
  3. The Seller shall store the following personal data:
    • Name and surname – this enables sending the ordered product and contact with the User.
    • E-mail address, telephone number – this enables sending order confirmations, information about changes in the Terms of Use and contact with the User,
    • Address of residence – this is needed for delivery of the ordered product to the User.
  4. The Seller shall use cookie technology to manage its website.
    • The cookie technology used allows collecting anonymous information from the User’s computer, such as the Internet address of subpages the User has visited on linenlook.pl and the IP address and version of the web browser installed on the User’s computer.
    • Information collected using the cookie technology is used by the Seller to provide better service to shop Users by automatic recognition of the User by the Seller’s server, so that it can generate the page specifically designated for that User.
    • The User may set their web browser in such a way so that it notifies when a cookie is sent or refuse all cookies, however, without cookie support enabled certain function of the website linenlook.pl may not work.
  5. Data about Users shall be collected solely for the purpose of ensuring proper support for Users within the services covered by the Terms of Use. The Seller shall make every effort so that Users’ data is not made available to any third party visiting the shop’s website.
  6. Provision of personal data shall be voluntary, but necessary to use the Seller’s website.
  7. Users’ data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the prior express consent given by the User.
  8. According to the Act on the protection of personal data on of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) the User shall have the right to access their personal data, in particular to correct or delete it.
